Winter sports enthusiasts appreciate the ideal location of the FIRST IN Mountain Chalets. As the name suggests, the mountain is within reach. In addition to the family-friendly Maiskogel ski area, the glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn is in the immediate vicinity. At an altitude of up to 3,000 metres above sea level, perfectly groomed slopes with guaranteed snow from October to May await you almost all year round. Sports and training groups can get their technical fine-tuning here in the pre-season and stay wonderfully in practice in the post-season.

In addition to the dreamlike location, the chalets shine with their ideal room layout. The accommodation units for ten people each have three bathrooms, four bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a large table, a long table on the large balcony, an additional seating area on the terrace on the ground floor and plenty of parking spaces. In addition, the large ski cellar with sufficient storage space and its own ski boot dryer awaits you; fitness and yoga room as well as washing machine are available on request.
